Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel gives me access to the Signature Lounge where I truly feel at home with the experienced, professional, and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. However, the constant noise from compressors outside, especially at night and in the morning, can be quite bothersome. The room size is a bit small compared to other hotels in Cairo, and the ambiance feels a bit dull.
The hotel left a lot to be desired in terms of rooms, but it made up for it with excellent service and a superb location. The dining experience was nice, although breakfast could be better. The facilities were satisfactory for my stay.
The hotel rooms during a busy wedding weekend were not as expected, resembling a 1-star hotel; however, they were still nice enough, clean, and quiet. There was an additional charge of $15 per day for a poolside room.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with a better view of the pool area and a Nespresso machine, but they lack soundproofing, allowing for noise disturbances. Despite being full of insects and ants at times, the overall room experience is enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small but sufficient, although they had a terrible smell and were infested with insects and ants, making it hard to enjoy a meal without unwanted company. On the bright side, the service was kind and helpful, with a nice gesture for a birthday celebration. The location was excellent, close to the airport, but some areas of the hotel were closed off. The dining options were good, with plenty to choose from, though the breakfast could be improved.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless when I returned from my meetings, making it a pleasure to find everything tidy and well-organized. However, the room was a bit small, and some of the furniture looked a bit dated, which was okay overall.
The hotel provides clean and organized rooms thanks to Yasser, the dedicated housekeeping person. The lunch buffet was barely edible; however, access to the Signature Lounge enhances the stay with its experienced, professional, and friendly staff making guests feel at home.
The hotel offers clean rooms with a French patisserie nearby for a quieter and better value breakfast. The staff is professional and helpful, providing fast service. The location is perfect, close to the airport and various dining options. The dining experience is rated high, always with a welcoming smile. However, the air conditioning in the room was a bit cold, and the waiting time for the room was not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms, managed by the jovial Mr Bahaa and his attentive supervisor Mr Naguib, were clean and cozy. However, the uncomfortable rooms with weak AC made it challenging to rest properly. Being Hilton Gold members, we expected an upgrade but faced issues due to apparent cost-saving measures.
The hotel offers great food but rooms are very small, and the wardrobe is tiny for a couple. The need for pesticides to get rid of flies and insects is a downside.
